Justin Davies, CEO

Justin has over 20 years of commercial experience in growing and managing businesses, with over 10 years in internet and software technologies.  As Regional Director of a consulting practice that is part of an international company, he has won business in excess of $20 million and managed individual programs of work in excess of $10 million.

He is an experienced public speaker on a wide range of topics on digital futures as well as being published in business publications and industry journals. He is a regular speaker at the CEBIT information technology conference in Sydney, chairing conferences in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
 
Justin has an excellent understanding of the contemporary application of IT within business and commercialising new technology. He has significant experience in sales and marketing, managing technical teams, financials and business growth.

Justin has successfully served as a director on 4 companies, 3 of which have been in non-executive roles. In 2008 he graduated from the AICD Company Directors Course. Justin holds a Bachelors degree in Business Communication and Marketing, and has completed the NIES National Enterprise Workshop Programme.

Wilson Waters (Senior Software Engineer)

Wilson holds a bachelor’s degree with honours in Computing Science and Information Technology. He is responsible for the development and technical roadmap of the Virtual Observer technology.

Wilson has a wide range of skills and knowledge in numerous programming languages, operating systems and web technologies.
